Risk Intern

Risk Intern (3-month fixed term) – Banbury: £26,500 - £27,000

Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Risk Intern to join our Risk & Audit Team on a 3-month, fixed term contract. The Risk Intern will support the Risk Transformation team with analytical, business transformation and coordination tasks, contributing to the delivery of ongoing risk and change initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide general support to the Risk Transformation team across active projects
• Assist with data gathering, documentation, and basic analysis
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and governance materials
• Maintain trackers, action logs, and simple process documentation
• Attend meetings where appropriate and capture notes/actions
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as directed by the Head of Risk Transformation and wider leadership team

Who are we looking for?

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks and engage effectively with stakeholders 
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
• Working knowledge of Python sufficient to support basic data analysis and automation tasks 
• High attention to detail, with the ability to follow instruction and deliver accurate outputs
